At Trendbeo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, and order cancellations are handled on our platform. By using Trendbeo, you agree to follow the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

  • Orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for consideration.

  • Digital products or services may have different refund rules, as specified at the time of purchase.


2. Return Process

  • Customers must contact Trendbeo support via the app or email (support@crs.rs) to initiate a return.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Trendbeo will review the return request and provide instructions for return shipping if applicable.


3. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on payment provider processing times.

  • Trendbeo is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before the seller ships the product.

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted via the Trendbeo app or support email.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will follow the same processing rules as above.


5. Exceptions

  • Custom-made products, perishable items, or sealed goods may not be eligible for return unless defective.

  • Fraudulent claims or misuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.
