We aim to provide a safe and transparent marketplace where customers can shop confidently.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and issued on Trendbeo.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be requested if one or more of the following conditions apply:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly.

  • The item delivered is not the same as the product described or shown on the product page.

  • The seller fails to ship the item within the stated processing time.

  • The order is lost, not delivered, or delivered to the wrong address.

  • The seller agrees to accept the return for any other valid reason.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for the following:

  • Perishable goods (food, beverages, items with short expiration dates).

  • Digital products or software that has been downloaded.

  • Items marked as “Non-refundable” or “Final Sale” on the product page.

  • Products that show signs of use, physical damage caused by the customer, or missing components.


3. Time Limit for Requests

Customers must submit a refund request within:

  • 48 hours after delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

  • 14 days after delivery for all other eligible return reasons.

If a seller fails to ship the order, the system will automatically cancel and refund the customer.


4. Return Process

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your Trendbeo account.

  2. Go to My OrdersRequest Refund.

  3. Upload clear photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).

  4. Wait for seller or Trendbeo support team review.

The seller has 48 hours to respond.
If the seller does not respond, Trendbeo will step in and resolve the case.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the seller is at fault (wrong item, damaged item, missing item), Trendbeo or the seller covers return shipping.

  • If the customer requests a return for personal reasons (“I changed my mind”), the customer covers return shipping costs.


6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, including:

  • Credit/Debit card

  • Trendpay

  • Cash-on-delivery refunds (if applicable)

Refunds typically take 3–10 business days, depending on the bank.


7. Marketplace Responsibility

Trendbeo acts as a platform provider, not the direct seller.
However, we guarantee:

  • Fair customer protection

  • Fast dispute resolution

  • Transparent refund process

  • Support for both customers and sellers

If the seller violates Trendbeo policies, Trendbeo may intervene directly, issue the refund, and take actions against the seller.
